It’s that time of the year for Golu hopping, sundal popping, and making beautiful memories with friends and family! 🪔🌸 🌺

@hiranmayimagesh - thank you, girl, for the beautiful saree and for patiently taking all my pics🥰❤️…Loved your gorgeous Golu setup and the delicious food at your place. Hugzzz😘

Happy Navratri, everyone! ✨🙏💖

I’ve had a late call-up to the World Championships 🥹💛💚

After a year that has sometimes left me feeling profoundly let down and lost despite my best efforts, this opportunity means so much to me. For that, I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t a little more nervous than usual🥹. I’ve always found comfort in meticulous preparation, so finding out so late means I haven’t quite been afforded the luxury of preparing with the specificity I usually demand of myself.

But over the past two seasons, I’ve raced more track than ever before, travelling across the world chasing the highest level races, collecting experiences to inform better tactics and become a more complete rider. There is something quite poignant about pursuing an art with no promise that it will necessarily amount to anything, but out of love for what you do ❤️

So although the road here has looked very unexpected, I don’t think it’s been by accident. Luckily I’ve also always been pretty good at doing my homework at the last minute 😉

Omnium, scratch race, team pursuit and Madison will also be my biggest world champs schedule to date. Four opportunities to join a great team and make the most of a chance I’m incredibly grateful to have. 💛💚😊

Here’s a racing schedule if you’d like to catch it on the @uci_cycling YouTube, or @stanaustralia.

Hope our boy Bronny can bounce back 🙏🏽

واقعا چرا باید اینجوری باشه؟

One of my FAVORITE pods I’ve ever done - chopping up MUSIC & LIFE with my boy Elmo on @gowithelmo 🥃

I was hanging out in country dive bars on Lower Broad in Nashville, trying to get singing gigs… and I was 15 YRS OLD 🙋🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️ I was already 6’4 220lbs with a Magnum PI pornstache…imagine me going into these bars with no guitar, no band, BUT even at 15, I could drink, and sing some Randy, Merle & Hank Jr with the best of ‘em 😎😈🥃

Fast forward to today, where I have the honor of Executive Producing a first of its kind, inspired by album that we imagined for the sole purpose of creating opportunities for our Polynesian artists to share their beautiful voices and powerful mana with the world.

Check out our album VOICES ACROSS THE OCEAN everywhere music is played! 🎶

And check out my podcast GO WITH ELMO - a great dude with a profound love and insane talent for MUSIC 🎙️ 🎶

Shout to my fellow Executive Producers and lady bosses 💪🏾
