Cosplay showcase - Charlie & Cathy from Saint Greaver's ERSATZ - Trench Dogs

I absolutely love Ersatz and Trench Dogs is an incredibly moving animation that I wanted to do fanart for so much. Instead of art, I got inspired to try making a cosplay. It's not fully done yet, but I finished the main parts today and decided to do a test run and make some videos showing off the motion. (Decided to not add any voiceover, so it's just random music.)

Still needs some tweaks and I need a better grasp of the puppeteering, but I'm happy with it! (I did change the string attachment last minute before the video, which actually made it slip too much, so I will use the previous one that made the mouth more snappy.)
Yes, Cathy is more of a puppet, the head is separate, kind of a half mask, with a string running down to the body, where it's attached and the lower jaw is moved with my head motions. I'm thinking about adding a string to the tail so that I can move it without directly touching it too.
I haven't done this kind of semi realism in a while, so making the mask was a fun challenge!

I haven't done any gorey parts like the ribs around, might do that later. For now besides Cathy, I tailored a jacket to match the Ersatz designs more (though even after resizing it, it's a bit baggy, so I may revisit it) and got a base helmet that I repainted and added a strap to. I did make an eva foam one from scratch, but I waa unhappy with the shape. I also made some leather boot covers, but they're not much visible here.
