A felony conviction doesn't automatically mean losing your gun rights for life, according to a new federal appeals court ruling.

In two major Second Amendment decisions, judges rule in favor of a man whose firearms ban stems from drunk-driving convictions, but uphold the restriction against a man convicted in connection with a violent carjacking.

The distinction comes down to whether someone's criminal history demonstrates a risk of violence or misusing firearms.

But not every judge agrees with where the court draws that line.

You are right, I could gain the weight back, but I am going to keep fighting everyday to ensure I don’t.

Also this body makes me happy, this is the body I always dreamed of, may not be YOUR version of the ideal body but it is mine 🫶🏼🌸💗🎀

I am not looking to be a size 2, I will never be, I am happy, content, confident in this body just the way I am. I’m a skinny curvy healthy queen and that’s it!
