Hahaha that’s amazing! I’ve been experimenting with animating in Sboard Pro as well, it’s so quick and barebones!

Rita used to be concerned about the squirrels in her neighborhood. She would like to formally apologize to the squirrels. They were never the problem. 😳It's the crows 🐦‍⬛🐦‍⬛ Yesterday, Rita witnessed something that looked and SOUNDED like a nature documentary that should have come with a parental warning. 😱 She understands the food chain. She respects the food chain. But she does NOT want to see the food chain happening right in front of her BUTTON EYES! 🙈 For the record, Rita is the kind of monkey who has to check DoesTheDogDie.com before agreeing to watch a movie. She is NOT emotionally equipped for National Geographic happening in her own neighborhood! Rita would prefer the birds to behave like they're in a Disney movie. You know, singing cheerful songs, helping princesses get dressed, maybe tying a few ribbons. NOT REENACTING A CRIME DOCUMENTARY IN THE TREETOPS! 🐦🎀 And now she understands why a group of crows is called a MURDER. 😳🐦‍⬛ Rita would like to unsubscribe from this type of nature please. Can you please send a hug, Rita needs one! 🐦‍⬛😳🐦‍⬛😳🐦‍⬛😳🐦‍⬛😳🐦‍⬛😳🐦‍⬛😳🐦‍⬛ #SockMonkeyDrama #NeighborhoodWatch #CrowDrama #SockMonkeyProblems #NatureIsScary
I consider myself a witch! 🧙‍♀️ And I love the process of witchization that has been naturally unfolding for me in the past years. Ayurveda actually gave me a very solid base to start working with plants and I really want to learn about the Ayurvedic properties of European plants to collect more and make healing teas, tinctures, treats, and add them to food. I now forage nettles and raspberry leaves, coriander and fennels seeds from the garden. I make my own tea mixes, my own spice mixes, I cook with almost only whole foods. I adapt the herbs to my cycle and my inner state and I can heal most common diseases before they actually take me over with what I have in my kitchen. I also meditate daily which is the base practice for any psychic or magic practices. I don’t really do spells (yet?) but I practice some exercises to develop my psychic abilities, it’s fun and much less complicated than I thought. And very importantly!! I cleanse regularly. This is THE most important practice that we all lost and that is impacting our health and abilities the most (with our diet, sleep, and physical activity) You don’t take plant medicine without doing dieta first, in all cultures there are ways to fast, sweat, and/or control the food you eat for some time to cleanse the body from the accumulated toxins and imbalances that tend to build up along the seasons. It has drastically changed my life and I won’t go back! For me a witch is just a mostly feminine archetype of an embodied being connected to nature and to the subtle world. And I love that this has come back as something cool. Wanna be a witch with me?

BENCH PRESS TECHNIQUE: UNDERSTANDING THE ARCH Here’s a demonstration from my seminar in Hobart on the weekend with @gabosborne , where we broke down the mechanics of creating a strong, stable arch for the powerlifting style bench press. One of the biggest mistakes I see is lifters misunderstanding how to use their feet to create leg drive. When you’re positioned up on the balls of your feet, the objective isn’t simply to push your toes into the floor. You want to drive your heels DOWN towards the ground. Your heels won’t actually touch the floor, but the intention to push them down initiates hip extension, which encourages anterior pelvic tilt and promotes spinal extension, creating the arch. Combine this with pulling your shoulders back and down, and you’ve created a strong, rigid and stable position to press from. The mistake people make is pushing through the toes instead of the heels, pushing through the toes doesn’t influence the arch and it doesn’t increase the tension being placed through the body. In this video, we demonstrate the difference between pushing through the toes and driving the heels down, and how this can influence your bench press setup.
Our biggest blessing🤍
