Happy Halloween Witches 🖤🔥🕸️🌹🕯️ We can’t wait to be in ceremony with you tomorrow. The veils are thin and we’re poised to let our old selves die so we can truly live. We’re planning some of the deepest work we’ve ever done in ceremony. If you join the Temple Year before midnight tomorrow 11/1, you get your first 30 days free so you can see if the temple is right for you, risk free. Comment CEREMONY for the invite. Xox
A water mark on the floor can make a nearby object appear to float because it tricks the brain’s perception of shadows and depth. Our brains use shadows to determine whether objects are touching the ground. When a dark water stain appears beneath or beside an object, the brain may mistake it for the object’s shadow, creating the illusion that the object is suspended above the floor. This optical illusion happens because the brain relies on visual shortcuts to interpret three-dimensional space. If the stain resembles a shadow but appears slightly separated from the object, the brain may interpret that gap as height above the ground. Interestingly, the illusion can disappear once you recognize that the supposed shadow is actually just a wet patch. Like this content? Follow us for more @dadsaysjokes ❤️

In January, Alex Honnold spent about 90 minutes climbing the outside of Taipei 101 with no rope, live on Netflix. “There's a plan,” he said, “and I'm executing the plan.” Play great in practice and tighten up when it counts? Comment "INNER" and we'll send you the tool that trains your mind for those exact moments. Marie Monfils, who runs a fear memory lab at the University of Texas at Austin, described the method to Nautilus: “It's better over time if you can put yourself in a situation where you experience some fear, but you overcome it, and you do it again and again and again.” On a cliff 3,000 feet above a Swiss valley, Honnold put it more simply: “This is not scary, because this is what I do.” Which moment in your next event would you rehearse first?
