In solidarity as we honour the life of Professor Dr Jason Arday - gone too soon and will never be forgotten💔. #blackhistorymonth

It was a pleasure to moderate a discussion with @kelechnekoff and @kehindeandrews at @bbbookfestival as we discussed the details of the White supremacist campaign against Prof. Arday and shared insights on reflections from within the Black community.

🔥You know when these two powerhouses are present no punches are pulled and there is fire on the mountain ✊🏾

A year ago I completed my first ever photoshoot…🥹

But this shoot was JUST the beginning for me☺️…

Since October 16th 2025:
- I completed and received my level 3 PT Qual📝
- I launched my online woman’s-coaching business🥹
- Started making social media a safe and knowledge filled space for women☺️
- Completed a 9-month growth season💪
- Currently in my last week of a PRE-STAGE-PREP diet phase (ahhhhhh🫪)
- And now, I’m looking to hop on stage for the first time next year.😆

The last 12 months, have COMPLETELY changed my mindset, my aspirations, my knowledge, my circle, and my hunger to LEARN MORE…

I have always stayed true to my word, on social media, to myself and to ALL my clients…🥰

And feel so incredibly happy to have chosen to continue sharing my journey to the stage🥹.

But for now, until the next shoot…because we celebrate EVERY stage of our journeys here ☺️✨.

Detained man has seizure after being tackled and dogpiled on by CHP and LAPD. He is still missing. He is not in the LAPD system or at any local hospital. As of now we do not know his whereabouts or condition. PLEASE Tag and send this to law makers!
