When temperatures get to 36°F and below that is when you will get a frost, warning and ice crystals will form on the surface of your plants. Tender annuals do not want any frost in the plant will die if they get hit with it. You should harvest any fruit, fruits and vegetable vegetables you have on tender season plants and harvest any flowers you wanna cut as well. You can try to extend the growing season on these types of plants by watering deeply in the evening and covering your plants with a light sheet or frost cloth that you will remove in the morning. Hary annuals like broccoli, kale, spinach, carrots, beets, etc. Don’t need to be covered at all. They can tolerate this kind of weather. If you have any indoor plants that you take outside for the summer now would be the time to bring them indoors. Some things in life you simply cannot prepare your heart for. 💔 Just days ago, we were on set in Atlanta, bringing yet another story to life. Never imagining those moments would become memories we’d have to hold on to so soon. Beyond your undeniable talent and dedication to your craft, what will always stand out to me is the beautiful spirit you carried. Always so incredibly kind, never a negative word about anyone or anything, never a complaint. Just a genuine smile, a joyous heart, and a warmth that made everyone around you feel welcome. Regardless of what you may have been facing in your own life, you never allowed it to overshadow the kindness you extended to others, and that speaks volumes about the man you were. You built a body of work and a legacy deserving of recognition and celebration. It’s heartbreaking knowing there were still so many stories left to tell, dreams to fulfill, and flowers you deserved to receive while you were here. My prayer is that your name continues to be spoken, your work celebrated, and your kindness remembered. To your family and loved ones, my deepest prayers and condolences. Thank you for the memories, the laughter, and most importantly, the example you set simply by being a genuinely good human being. Your presence was a gift. Your kindness was your character. Your work is your legacy. 🙏🏼 Job well done, Hakeem. Rest peacefully 🕊️🤍
