🟠🔵 Well God did it again. Just like with the Mets, I grew up an Islanders fan, from day 1. I’ve been to literally hundereds of games, basically grew up at Nassau Coliseum. Countless playoff games, memories and moments that are some of my absolute favorite in life. Also a lot of painful ones with this team, but I’m a die hard. Singing the National Anthem with a sold out UBS Arena and for all the Isles fans tuned in from home was absolutely surreal and means more to me than most will ever understand. Getting to do it on Hockey Fights Cancer Night and with my sister, an Army pilot, in the crowd was extra special. Thank you @ny_islanders I love this organization, I love this team, and I am truly humbled and grateful. God is so faithful 🙏🏼
