here’s exactly what I did: ✨ my training → Dumbbell rows for mid and upper back definition → One heavy upper body day a week → Lighter isolation work twice a week → Band pull aparts and face pulls for the rear delts → Fixing my posture, because rounded shoulders make your back look wider ✨my nutrition → Removed alcohol for better sleep and recovery → 80/20, mostly whole foods with room for what I enjoy → Reintroduced carbs to fuel my training → No processed sugar unless it’s an occasion → Eating within daylight hours (circadian fasting) ps. I treat all of these as habits rather than strict rules Comment SCULPTED and I’ll send you 2 free follow-along workouts (one Upper and Core strength, one Pilates) to try for yourself, all you need is dumbbells, a Pilates ball (or a couple of rolled up towels) and a resistance band and you can do them from home 💛

🚨 NBA YoungBoy’s Baby Mother Arcola Goes Off About Him in Front of Their Young Son! 👀 NBA YoungBoy’s baby mother, Arcola, is sparking mixed reactions after speaking negatively about the rapper in front of their minor son. Arcola claims YoungBoy doesn’t have a relationship with their son because she placed him on child support. However, some social media users are questioning that explanation, bringing up her previous allegations that YoungBoy and his wife, Jazlyn, allegedly abused their son and burned his finger. Arcola also previously stated that their son would not be returning to YoungBoy’s home once she got him back. Now, some people believe the previous allegations and ongoing issues between the parents may have contributed to the strained father-son relationship, while others feel YoungBoy should still make an effort to be involved in his son’s life. 👀 Do y’all think Arcola is wrong for speaking negatively about NBA YoungBoy in front of their son, regardless of the issues they have as parents? Or do y’all feel she has a right to express her frustrations? 📲 Follow @AlignWithNae for more entertainment news and updates! Disclaimer: Allegations of abuse and claims regarding YoungBoy’s involvement with his son have not been independently verified.
