Little legs and shoulders, if you want to be better than average you have to push yourself even when nobody is watching.🥱😮‍💨#consistent #realgrimy

I really did win in this life, Alhamdulillah.♥️

I fell in love with a man who is gentle with my heart, and makes me feel safe in ways I can never fully put into words. But this difficult phase of my life has shown me a side of him that has made me fall in love with him all over again.

When I was breaking inside, he was the one standing strong. He took care of my father with a love and sincerity that I can only describe as a son’s love. He stood by my family as if their pain were his own, and through it all, he made sure I had a place to fall apart without ever feeling alone.

What more could I possibly ask Allah for?

He has been my safe space, my comfort, my strength when I had none left, and most importantly, my HOME. No matter how difficult life gets, knowing I have him by my side makes me feel like I can get through anything.

I will never stop being grateful to Allah for giving me a man whose love goes beyond words and shows up when it matters the most. May Allah protect him, reward his beautiful heart, and let me spend a lifetime loving him the way he deserve to be loved.

If I have to count my blessings, I will always count him twice. I love you! @mdalimirajkar ♥️

Have you heard my new single “Ashes” yet?

Who would’ve thought that a girl from a tiny town in Alberta would end up in a place like Smallville? ❤️

Playing Lois Lane changed my life forever, in ways I never could have imagined.

I’m forever grateful for the friendships, the memories, the laughter, and the incredible creative journey that came with being part of something so special.

25 years later, the love for this show and the people who made it possible still means the world to me. @goughalfred @miles_millar @tomwelling @mskristinlkreuk @themichaelrosenbaum @lauravandervoort @thejohnglover

Happy 25th Anniversary, Smallville! 💫

Love always,
Erica ❤️

Marmosets are among the smallest monkeys in the world! 🐒

Native to South America, these little primates are known for their intelligence, curiosity, and strong family bonds.

In marmoset families, fathers and older siblings often help carry and care for the babies, playing an important role in their development.

Despite their small size, marmosets have complex social needs and require specialised care! ❤️🐵
