Comment “Copilot” and I’ll send you the link

Coming to Frontier soon, Microsoft is bringing Word, Excel, PowerPoint and AI app building into one unified @microsoftcopilot app.

Home brings together Chat for quick questions and Cowork for bigger, multi-step tasks.

You can turn client emails and meeting notes into a PowerPoint, then make changes with your team right beside the conversation.

And with Code, you can turn a spreadsheet into a project tracker with owners, deadlines and status updates, just by describing what you want.

Plus, it’s multi-model, so you can pick the right model for the task.

Your work files, AI conversations and app building, all in one place.

wow, it’s so weird to think it’s been almost a year since my last carousel post 😂 if you’ve been here since 2011 then you know I used to post 5-7x a day! oh how times have changed.

I’ve got a serious love/hate thing with this app. I love that it “connects” us, but hate that it distracts us from connecting in real life, so I’m steady trying to find the balance in it all… currently on the total hermit side of the pendulum swing lol. fulcrum point loading…

I have so many photos and videos from the past few years that I never post! this used to feel like such a fun, casual photo-journalism space where I could share bits and pieces of my outer and inner world. but as these worlds intensify in their quest for equanimity, I’ve become far more private (also helllloooo saturn return 😅 who else is on this rollercoaster w me?!). the inner unrest we feel is mirrored in the physical world more than ever, and it sometimes feels strange to post about my small, privileged corner of the universe. but alas, times are strange, and good people, places, and foods make life worth living. that deserves to be shared so we can keep reveling in allllll the goodness and beauty of the world!

in all the grief of the last few years, the women and the babies are what keep me going. it was so nice to spend time with some of the most amazing ones I know, in their home, after meeting in Bali 8 years ago. we’ve all grown in such unique directions, but the core of who we are keeps us together through it all. it felt like no time had passed at all.

grateful for deep bonds across the globe 🤍 love you all so much!
