First and foremost @jacobsofianos thanks for never giving up with me, despite the 2023 shit show of injury and letdowns

Returning to good form this comp prep came with the most self doubt I’ve had as a lifter. Touching numbers I haven’t seen in almost two years in training was an amazing and exhilarating feeling.

After this competition, I can say I’m proud of what I’ve achieved.

@kris_strengthstream and @jacobsofianos thank you for putting together the best comp Australia has ever seen and inviting me to compete at the main event

@strongholdlifting thank you for capturing the wonderful moments of all the lifters, your commitment to the craft is unmatched

@strengthclubperth family, I wouldn’t trade you to train at Eleiko headquarters. You have all supported me through this prep with hype, fist bumps, screams and slaps. Thank you to everyone who was in my corner and celebrated every small win with me.

Everyone who volunteered at NOC 2 and Powermania are my favourite people thanks for always supporting the lifters of WA.

@dimi_powerlift you were a phenomenal rival. Pushing me to be the best I can be for the competition, you are a scholar and a gentleman. Between you and I providing 80% of the build up for this competition it will be crazy not to invite us again.

Until next time 😘
