Each grape is hand-harvested, foot-crushed right in the vineyard during a drumming ceremony, and funneled into a Qvevri amphora—right there in the field. After being sealed, it stays untouched for 322 days until it’s opened for the next harvest! A wine truly made in the vineyard! 🍷

Crafted by y @georgschmelzer , a holistic and chemical-free winemaker from Burgenland, Austria, this wine is proof that Cabernet Sauvignon can surprise. Rounded tannins, subtle pepper notes, and a smoky finish, with layers of blackberry, black cherry, cassis, and plum. 🍒
