❤️‍🔥 ¡Os esperamos! by @garagestorevin

🍇 Conocimos a @ramonjaneviticultor hace diez años.

🐴 Nueve moving slowly between old vines in Cebreros. Soil opening under its weight. A farmer guiding every step. This is how @kike_prados works in the heart of the Sierra de Gredos —
𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙧𝙝𝙮𝙩𝙝𝙢, 𝙘𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙥𝙚𝙘𝙩 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙙.

👨🏻‍🌾 Born in Ávila as a tribute to the gañanes — 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙧𝙪𝙧𝙖𝙡 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙠𝙚𝙧𝙨 𝙬𝙝𝙤 𝙠𝙚𝙥𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙨𝙚 𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙮𝙖𝙧𝙙𝙨 𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙫𝙚 — this project farms just five hectares of centenary Garnacha, Albillo Real and Morenillo, all cultivated organically.

🌿 Here, every row is ploughed by a horse. Every harvest is done by hand. Every bottle carries the year, the place and the people behind it — 𝙣𝙤𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙚, 𝙣𝙤𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙡𝙚𝙨𝙨.

🍷 In the cellar, wines are made with the same logic: no additives, no filtration, no shortcuts. Aged in used French barrels and guided by time — 𝙡𝙚𝙩𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙂𝙧𝙚𝙙𝙤𝙨 𝙨𝙥𝙚𝙖𝙠 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙞𝙩𝙨𝙚𝙡𝙛.

🤲 Here, his wines find their way to tables thanks to @garagewinestore and @garagestorevin connecting them with wine bars, restaurants and people who care about how wine is grown.

𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙖𝙨 𝙖 𝙗𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙙, 𝙗𝙪𝙩 𝙖𝙨 𝙖 𝙡𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙨𝙘𝙖𝙥𝙚 𝙨𝙝𝙖𝙥𝙚𝙙 𝙗𝙮 𝙛𝙖𝙢𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙚𝙨, 𝙨𝙤𝙞𝙡𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙢𝙚𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙮.

🍷 Born in 𝙇𝙚𝙨 𝙂𝙪𝙣𝙮𝙤𝙡𝙚𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙎𝙖𝙣𝙩 𝙋𝙚𝙧𝙚 𝙈𝙤𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙩𝙖, this collective brings together three historic wine families working side by side among old bush vines, dry-farmed hills of clay, limestone and marl, with every parcel harvested by hand to preserve the integrity of the fruit.

🍇 At the heart of this project lies 𝙈𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙖, an almost forgotten local grape with 𝙛𝙚𝙬𝙚𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙣 𝙩𝙚𝙣 𝙝𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙖𝙧𝙚𝙨 𝙡𝙚𝙛𝙩 𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙡𝙙. Vinified through spontaneous fermentations, with no corrections, no filtration and minimal intervention, each plot is raised in neutral tanks or clay amphora — allowing the place to speak with clarity, energy and depth.

🤲 Here in Barcelona and beyond, these bottles arrive thanks to people 𝙬𝙝𝙤 𝙗𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙚𝙫𝙚 𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙬𝙖𝙮 𝙤𝙛 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜. Our friends at @garagestore in Catalonia and @nomadicdistribution in the U.S. bring Raïmones to wine bars, restaurants and tables — not just as a wine, but as living culture and farming in motion.

In the vineyards of @domaine.muller.koeberle , harvest becomes a meeting point — where young hands, shared meals and laughter between the rows slowly turn into a 𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙡 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙮.
They come from across Europe and beyond to learn — not only about wine, but about land, nature and coexistence. 𝘼𝙡𝙬𝙖𝙮𝙨 𝙢𝙤𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙤𝙜𝙚𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧 𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙬𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙮.

Rooted in Alsace and guided today by David Muller and his wife Marianne, this family estate cultivates organically and biodynamically, embracing agroforestry as a way 𝙩𝙤 𝙡𝙚𝙩 𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙮𝙖𝙧𝙙𝙨 𝙗𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙝𝙚, 𝙖𝙙𝙖𝙥𝙩 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙧𝙚𝙜𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙚.

The winery works with patience and trust in natural rhythms — crafting natural wines, allowing each variety and each granite slope to 𝙨𝙥𝙚𝙖𝙠 𝙞𝙣 𝙞𝙩𝙨 𝙤𝙬𝙣 𝙫𝙤𝙞𝙘𝙚.

🤲 It’s no coincidence that Muller-Koeberlé has been part of Vella Terra for five editions now. They carry something essential for us — a green, alive and generous vision of Alsace, 𝙤𝙣𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙬𝙚’𝙧𝙚 𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙡𝙮 𝙝𝙖𝙥𝙥𝙮 𝙩𝙤 𝙨𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙚.

👁️ The rare & special Bergwerk is here! 🍇 This Cabernet Sauvignon is a true labor of love. Each grape is hand-harvested, foot-crushed right in the vineyard during a drumming ceremony, and funneled into a Qvevri amphora—right there in the field. After being sealed, it stays untouched for 322 days until it’s opened for the next harvest! A wine truly made in the vineyard! 🍷

Crafted by y @georgschmelzer , a holistic and chemical-free winemaker from Burgenland, Austria, this wine is proof that Cabernet Sauvignon can surprise. Rounded tannins, subtle pepper notes, and a smoky finish, with layers of blackberry, black cherry, cassis, and plum. 🍒

Coming soon to venues and by the glass at @garagebarbcn! 🥂
