For the first time in Paris and at Ashtanga Nilayam Paris, it was 🔥💥❤️❤️❤️ !

Because yes, gratitude is the only possible attitude to everything that Gabriele Severini has passed on to us during these 3 days together.
Beyond the practice, beyond the adjustments, beyond the words, a firm, benevolent and humble presence that embodies all the origins, the immensity, the power, the generosity and the depth of Ashtanga yoga. A simple thing.
Gabriele Severini's energy is so embodied in the yoga he practises and passes on, that it has inspired everyone to show up, with enthusiasm and grace.
Pure joy.
Thank you so much for these 3 days of sharing, laughter, tenderness and silent learning, which have inspired us all and will continue to support us on our journey.

Dear Sandra, I'm very touched by your beautiful words. The workshop was amazing and i had a very good time. Thank you for organizing this event, for your assisting in the shala and for preparing the ground with your daily teaching. Thank's to all the students for their dedication, enthusiasm and warmness. Thank's to Kazumi for welcoming us in the best way at @studio3_bastille . I will miss all of you ♥🙏♥
