🚨🎙️| Hansi Flick’s pre-match conference ahead of El Clasico: “I have good feelings, they’ve all recovered well for the match.” 🎙️| Flick: “The refereeing? It won’t affect it. I trust the refereeing. We see quality refereeing, and each of us has to protect our own.” 🎙️| Flick: “Did the defeat in Paris help us? Of course it did. We’ve spoken with the players. There are aspects of our game that we have to improve, we have to grow. Tomorrow we play against one of the best in the world, and it’s an opportunity to grow.” 🎙️| Flick: “Koundé won’t be available tomorrow, we don’t want to risk him, we have to accept it. Olmo was in good form, he was at 100%. He’s been unlucky. We have to accept it. He’s going to miss a lot of games and this situation isn’t easy for him. We also have Fermín.” 🎙️| Flick: “Conceding set piece goals? It’s a strength of Real Madrid, of the best teams. We talked about it today and prepared for it. We have to defend better than we did in Paris.” 🎙️| Flick: “Madrid and Rodri? We have to focus on our team. We have to focus on the impact for Barça. Everyone was convinced he was going to help us when we had the opportunity to sign him. He’s a player who gives us more, and we’ve already seen that. I’m very happy he’s here along with Pedri, they bring us a lot of quality.” 🎙️| Flick: “Will Espart start? He’s a professional. He did very well in the last few matches. For me, he’s an incredible player, but he also has room for improvement. We have to work on his potential. We have to keep showing it so let’s see.” 🎙️| Flick: “Defending Mbappe? The most important thing is that we position ourselves well on the pitch with and without the ball. We have to keep the defense compact. If we do everything right, it will be easier for the defensive line. Cubarsi and Gerard are doing very well and what they are doing is incredible. They are growing together.” “Are you tired of Real Madrid’s talk about referees?” 🎙️| Flick: “I prefer to focus on preparing my team. This is all about headlines, and I don’t want any headlines. I just want to focus on my team.”
