UPGRADING, NOT AGING 🌹

I’m not interested in accepting physical decline as an inevitable part of getting older.

I’m building muscle, getting stronger, improving my metabolic health, prioritizing nutrition, protecting my sleep, and investing in longevity.

My standards get higher. My discipline gets stronger. My priorities become clearer. I refuse to let age become an excuse to lower my expectations of myself.

And above everything, my relationship with God grows stronger. Every day is a gift from Him, and I intend to be a good steward of the body and life He’s given me.

I don’t just want more years. I want more strength, more vitality, more purpose, and a deeper relationship with God.

That’s my definition of aging well. What’s yours?

During a conversation with Thom Yorke for Rolling Stone, Harry admitted his laptop has been dead for "about six years," because he doesn't "know where the charger is."
