This was just a kitty game, and her husband paid at the end. But even during the game, you could see the humiliation in her eyes. Now imagine women who don’t earn and have to depend entirely on their husbands for money!

Yes, not all men are the same, but financial independence gives you security, dignity, and the freedom to make your own choices. 💯

My Paradise Druid @wizards_magic inspired self portrait shoot! Thank you @marycathphoto for helping me photograph this idea I’ve had for months lol. I really liked how they turned out and the Saran Wrap with the yellow gel over the flash made it look like the glowing butterflies in the original! We shot the whole session with one light and a reflector underneath me. I only used a filter when editing and added some yellow lights with masks in @lightroom

Also yes I know I’m looking the opposite way but I have a good side!! Hair by @taylorbeasleyhair

Consider me GAGGED🥹

It was a dream to be able to learn the original “Freakum Dress” choreography along with almost an entire catalog of original B choreography as we could’ve potentially did any of those numbers for the CCT at any given moment. We never got to do it so naturally when asked what I wanted my solo song to be I chose Freakum Dress but never fully performed the choreography out of respect to its creators and wanting to have the blessing to do so.

BUT to have learned it AGAIN from the originator, the creator, THEE @hellojonte and then @kehlani asking me if we should do it on stage TOGETHER?! Oh…surpassed my wildest imagination. Talk about a DREAM!

Thank you legend for paving the way, for making history that so many of us girls long and dream to be a part of. This is a once in a lifetime experience I’ll cherish forever. I love you BAD @hellojonte 🫀🫂
