Comment GIFT and I’ll send you my free guide, The Regulated Home. Most people think trauma lives in the memory. But the body remembers it as a posture. A jaw that clenches when no one is watching. Shoulders still waiting for the next blow. A breath held so long it feels normal. Your body isn’t broken. It learned to protect you. And it can learn safety again, one exhale at a time. Go slowly. Breathe into each place and say the words. Save this for tonight. Nothing is found on the outside. The kingdom is within. #mindfulmovemend #nervoussystem #somatichealing #traumahealing
Modern Warfare 4’s early access campaign is LIVE, and I’m still buzzing🐝😆 This was my first video game job, and getting to do performance capture is hands down one of the best jobs in the world. No hair and makeup AND in pajammies all day?! TAKE ME BACK😩😭🥲 Shout out to the best cast and crew I could have asked for. It was such a freaking treat working with you ALL🫶🏻👏🏻 Thank you for letting me be a part of this incredible project. And uh, guys…the people are LOVING it👏🏻🇰🇷 @callofduty @infinityward #callofduty #modernwarfare #modernwarfare4

ONE LAST CIGARETTE is here at last! I’m so incredibly proud of this song, and grateful for the friends who helped me create the world that it represents. It’s a song about loneliness and loss, but there’s a beautiful irony in how it’s helped me create and deepen relationships in the process of bringing this song to life. Now it’s yours so GO STREAM THE HELL OUT OF IT ❤️‍🔥 ✍️Written with @itsraphaelaofficial and @heyheyitsashleyk 📸Art shot by @monica1.jpg with help from @helloitslaila
