Here's my jazz band concert! Enjoy!

Little bit of what I have been up to lately. Doing my best to rest, but also keep the mind and body moving. Movement has felt so good but still very limited on what I have been able to get up to. Finally feeling like I am getting over that first hump and starting that rebuilding process💪🏼 Been trying to document the process as best as I can. Got a day of eating coming out soon plus taking a look what my gym sessions look like now with rehab and very general fitness. Little birthday project for my grandpa🤘🏼 Kicking @dhammy24 butt in chess Me and theo watching ellie and her brother eat at my favorite spot😂 Little bike ride in on my @roguefitness bike Have finished 3 books in 3 weeks and experimenting with some @novaalabofficial red light🤘🏼 Smashing some latte art More of watching people eat my favorite food while I have to drink it out of a bottle…🙃 Some lower accessory👌🏼 Learned to solve a Rubik’s cube. Current best time is 1:15😎

These are 3 easy no-bake Halloween treats to make with the kids, bring to a Halloween party, or whip up when you want something spooky and sweet without spending all day in the kitchen. 🕸️ Pretzel Spiderwebs — sweet, salty & crunchy
🕷️ Oreo Spiders — creepy-cute and kid-approved
🎃 Halloween Bark — white chocolate loaded with all the good stuff! Save this post so you don’t forget to make them, and tell me: which one would you make first? #halloweentreats #nobakedesserts #kidfriendlyrecipes #easyrecipes #halloween2021 PRETZEL SPIDERWEBS Sweet, salty, crunchy, and so fun to make with the kids! Ingredients * Pretzel sticks * 1 cup white chocolate chips * 1 tsp coconut oil or butter Instructions Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Break or cut the pretzel sticks in half. Arrange 6 halves in a starburst pattern for each spiderweb, with the ends meeting in the center. Add the white chocolate chips and coconut oil or butter to a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth and melted. Transfer the melted chocolate to a zip-top bag and snip off a tiny corner. Pipe the chocolate in circles over the pretzels, starting in the center and working outward, to create a spiderweb pattern. Let the chocolate set at room temperature or refrigerate until firm. OREO SPIDERS These little cookie spiders are almost too cute to eat. Almost. Ingredients * Double Stuf Oreos * Pretzel sticks, broken in half * Black icing * Candy eyeballs Instructions Carefully twist the top cookie off each Oreo. Break pretzel sticks in half to make the spider legs. Press 3 pretzel pieces into each side of the exposed Oreo filling. Add the top cookie back and gently press it down to secure the legs. Use tiny dabs of black icing to attach two candy eyeballs to the top of each Oreo. That’s it! No baking, minimal prep, and a Halloween snack the kids will love helping make. HALLOWEEN CHOCOLATE BARK The perfect treat when you want something festive without turning on the oven! Ingredients * 2 cups white chocolate chips * 1 tsp coconut oil or butter * Reese’s Pieces, chopped * Pretzel sticks, chopped * Mini Oreos, chopped * Candy eyeballs Instruct
