Imagine showing up to work, grabbing your morning coffee, and suddenly hearing a voice announce that your coworkers have 30 minutes to decide who lives and who dies.

That's exactly how an ordinary workday turns into a living nightmare in The Belko Experiment (2016).

Eighty employees. One corporate office building in Bogotá, Colombia. No way out. And a mysterious voice announcing rules that no one could possibly be prepared to follow.

At first, everyone thinks it must be some kind of sick joke.

But the moment they realize the threat is real, everything changes.

The people you shared lunch breaks with, complained about work with, and trusted every single day suddenly become people you might have to fear.

And that's what makes this psychological horror thriller so disturbing.

Directed by Greg McLean and written by James Gunn, The Belko Experiment premiered in 2016 before its theatrical release in 2017. The film stars John Gallagher Jr. as Mike Milch, Tony Goldwyn as Barry Norris, and Adria Arjona as Leandra Florez.

But beneath the shocking violence and terrifying survival game lies a question that makes this movie impossible to forget.

How well do you really know the people around you?

The tension isn't just about escaping the building. It's about watching ordinary people confront impossible moral decisions as fear slowly destroys everything they thought they believed in.

One moment, you're discussing deadlines. The next, you're questioning whether the person sitting beside you can still be trusted.

That's the terrifying brilliance of this must-see office survival thriller. It transforms the most familiar workplace environment into something completely unpredictable.

And suddenly, having a terrible day at work takes on an entirely different meaning.

Save this unforgettable movie moment or share it with the coworker who would absolutely panic first.

You’re going to put that where?! 😱

Yep… THAT is going into the middle of my hip. 😳💉

If needles didn’t bother you a minute ago, how about now? 😂

This is technically my fifth Sinogel injection, and it’s become one of the biggest tools I have for managing the chronic pain in my hip.

The easiest way I describe it? Even a well-maintained motorbike needs its chain lubed and its moving parts looked after. My reconstructed hip needs a little extra workshop attention too. 🔧

Think of it as adding lubrication back into the joint. It’s not a magic fix, and this particular maintenance job is definitely not pleasant — especially when you see the four-inch needle! Afterwards my hip normally flares for 2–3 days while everything settles.

But then… boom. 💥

For me, the difference in my pain levels can be dramatic.

And the timing of this one is pretty important.

I’m about to head to Turkey to cycle 1,000+ km with over 21,000 metres of climbing, towing a toddler, trailer and a colossal amount of kit. Day after day, it’s going to ask a huge amount from a body that’s already been through seven surgeries and a major hip reconstruction.

I’ve learnt that sometimes there absolutely is a time and place for invasive surgery. But I’ve also learnt the value of finding less invasive options that can help keep me moving.

I picture life a bit like an arrow. 🏹

Sometimes you have to be pulled backwards before you can shoot forwards.

This injection is the uncomfortable bit. The flare-up is the backwards bit.

Then hopefully… Turkey is the forwards bit. 🇹🇷🚲

It’s genuinely been a life-changing discovery for me, and right now I’m incredibly grateful to have another tool in the toolbox to help keep this particular machine on the road, doing the things I love.

Watching the needle go in or looking away — which team are you on? 💉👀

Either way, send this to your mate who spends more time maintaining themselves than their bike. 😂🔧

For Kasseem Dean, the Grammy Award-winning rapper and producer best known as @SwizzBeatz, furniture and family go hand in hand. He remembers, as a kid growing up in the Bronx, the squeak of the plastic that covered his grandmother’s couch and the ritual that accompanied her record cabinet, which also conveniently concealed adults-only barware.

‘Furniture’s always been a language of family,’ Dean tells Wallpaper* from his home in Harlem, one of several the mogul owns alongside his wife, fellow Grammy-winner Alicia Keys. ‘For me growing up, it was like, “Come sit down, come have a talk.” But furniture was always to be respected as well.’

As he launches new a new furniture collection – Casa Dean – for @CB2, we meet the polymath to hear all about its origins.

Arafta (Bound by Fate) is a gripping Turkish revenge drama that explores the thin line between hatred and love. The story follows Ateş Karahan (Emin Günenç), a man consumed by the scars of his childhood, who returns to his hometown to dismantle the family he believes destroyed his past. His weapon of choice is a 187-day contract marriage with Mercan Yıldırım (İlsu Demirci), the innocent daughter of his enemy. While Ateş views Mercan as a mere pawn in his quest for justice, their forced proximity ignites an undeniable passion that neither anticipated. Caught in a “purgatory” (the literal meaning of Arafta) between family loyalty and a forbidden attraction, the two must navigate a web of deep-seated secrets, jealous rivals like Aslı, and the haunting truth about their shared history.
