If Your Heart Races When You Lie Down, This Is The Real Reason

You’re lying in bed trying to sleep and suddenly it’s boom, boom, boom.

Your adrenaline feels like it’s running when it shouldn’t be. You can’t settle down, you can’t sleep, and you start wondering, “Is this anxiety? What is happening to me?”

Epstein-Barr can stress the adrenals and release different poisons and neurotoxins that trigger adrenaline in spurts, even while you’re lying there trying to rest.

You need to know what’s behind the reaction if you want to know what you’re up against.

Comment NIGHT below and I’ll send you more information on this viral connection, hyperadrenals, and the tools you can use to support your nervous system and move forward.

all you need is your favorite shade, 2 minutes in the car, and your finger, comment EYE for dm🔗 of my favorite liquid eyeshadows or find in SEPHORA STOREFRONT

I am beyond blown away. 🥹🦀🌎🇵🇱😍 Crip the Crab has been featured in National Geographic Poland! 🙌

What makes this even more special to me is my Mom @jennyonthejourney Polish heritage. To see my story reach a part of the world so close to my Momma’s roots is truly something I can’t put into words.

What started as one little chance at life has become a story of hope, resilience, and compassion shared around the world.

My heart is so full. Thank you all for being part of this journey. 💙
