Tired, old, leaky water heater. Customers were complaining that it takes forever to get hot water to the master bathroom.
Called into @fergusonshowrooms for a @bradfordwhitewaterheaters to update this setup. Also went with a @grundfosinstallers_us_ca recirculation pump, which uses a bypass valve installed under the master (or furthest fixture from the heater) sink faucet. This bypass allows the water in the lines to recirculate based on how you choose to program the timer on the pump. Most commonly the pump can be programmed to run during the day when the hot water will be in demand.
Naturally when you do any installations on older homes, you have to plan for leaky and stuck, shutoff valves. @brasscraft to the rescue with some new 1/4 turn compression valves. Customers were very satisfied.
