I really thought I was going to keep the fall porch simple this year. 🤷‍♀️

But, my thoughts were WRONG. 🎃🍂🤣

Life is absolutely bananas right now, so I told myself, “Sara, just do a few pumpkins. Keep it simple.”

And then… well… THIS happened. 😂

A huge thank you to @patchtoporch318 for setting up all the amazing pumpkins (they can help you too),
@kandi_kandiskreationsco (for the stunning wreath and swags), and @ellishomeandgarden (for all the wonderful fall plants) for helping me create the fall porch of my absolute DREAMS. 🍁🧡 There is just something about a Southern front porch covered in pumpkins, mums and all the cozy fall goodness that makes me ridiculously happy. (Definitely give all the amazing accounts a follow.)

And I don’t wanna hear NUFFIN’ ‘bout me having too many pumpkins. 😂🎃🎃🎃

But be honest: is there actually such a thing as TOO MANY pumpkins? 😂👇

Comment TEAM MORE PUMPKINS 🎃 if you think I still have room for a few more! 🤣

“If you want to understand not just what Iran does, but why…”

Our first book. His insider’s account.

Hashem House proudly introduces
“The Audacity of Resilience” by M. Javad Zarif, former Foreign Minister of Iran.
An insider’s view into the making of Iranian foreign policy.

After four decades in diplomacy, Zarif examines the decisions, dilemmas and people behind a country so often discussed, yet so often misunderstood.

Hashem House:
Where the Middle East and Africa write their own history.

not me jumping in on the swiftie discourse, I don’t deserve to be here. BUT here’s Jordy’s interesting take

Squatober Day 2 for Friday October 2nd. Pick out a Strong Polo 👕 and get to training. Great day to practice great reps on the squat. At 62% your belt should enjoy a day off. Your goal should be for all 32 total reps to look identical. Form on point, and Depth that leaves NO DOUBT. For the rest of the program you are in charge of picking weights that force you to do honest work. How hard you push yourself is at your discretion, but if your goal is to get strong and move the needle, then you know what needs to be done. Do your best and hold yourself accountable to following the suggested rest times between sets. Make sure you hit that recovery section hard. Some MEATY pot roast, steps , and SLEEP will do you some good. Just another day of BASIC STRENGTH TRAINING. @penandpaperstrengthapp @sorinex_squatober #squatober #squats #strong #strengthtraining #unitedwesquat
