Sooo what's the vision for this page now?

What is in store?

Honestly, that's a big question.

My life right now is 24/7 baby.

Right now, I'm awake after a feeding. Nervous that he'll wake up.

But between pumping, nursing, and caring for him - not much else is going on in my life.

But that's a full time job.

That's what my life should be like now...

But the question becomes...

Do I not show that here?

Should I feel bad for finallllly getting my miracle?

Should I not share the joy with all of you who have been davening so hard?!

Of course I should!

But what do I do to make sure that all those struggling with infertility still know that I see them?

How do I make sure that all those struggling with infertility still feel like they have a safe space?

A person to talk to about their struggles and challenges with their fertility?

I don't know how to stress it enough.

I don't know how to still show how much I care.

All I know is that miracles happen.

And I want to be here until yours does ✨️

And not just with fertility, but in life in general.

This page has always been a source of hope, perseverance, love, and care.

And that's not going anywhere.

But please remember:

◼️ I'm post-partum
◼️ He just had his due date
◼️ I share because I want you guys to see the miracle that you helped bring into the world
◼️ My whole life is baby boy, especially right now.

But that doesn't mean that I'm removed, distant, no longer here for you.

I am.

And the Challah Baking and Tefillah initiatives are still going on!

So, feel free to talk with me, ask me questions, discuss your fertility journey, or open up about another struggle.

I'm here for you.

Layla tov 💕

🏆The trophy is earned in the dark, long before it’s ever displayed under the lights🏋️‍♀️🤸‍♀️✨🧿

People notice when you stand out in a room, but they rarely ask about the unglamorous hours it took to get there. Let’s break down the actual facts behind a peak physique:

📉 The Monotony Advantage: Eating the same nutrient-dense meals and executing the same foundational compound lifts week after week isn’t boring — it’s optimal.

Changing variables too often makes tracking real progress almost impossible.

📈 Accumulated Volume: One insane workout changes nothing. 300 disciplined, baseline workouts over two years change everything. Consistency compounds exponentially over time.

⚡️ Adherence Over Intensity: Anyone can push hard for a week, but strict adherence to a recovery and nutrition protocol over six months is what actually alters your baseline metabolism and body composition.

🧠 Habit Automation: High performers don’t rely on daily “motivation.” They rely on fixed schedules, removing choice from the equation so showing up is non-negotiable.

Next time someone tells you you’re “lucky” or “blessed,” remember: talent gets you through the door, but relentless, quiet routine keeps you at the top. 👊🔥💪🚀
