Women who support women are my kind of women. 👉🏼👉🏼👉🏼

Tag a woman who makes you feel supported. Let her know she matters. 💕

The ones who cheer when you try something new. Who send a message before the big day and ask how it went afterwards. Who share your work, say your name in rooms you haven’t entered yet, and celebrate your success as warmly as their own.

I appreciate these women more than ever. The ones I can dream out loud with, admit my doubts to, and trust to be honest with kindness.

Support doesn’t mean agreeing on everything. It means wanting each other to do well. And if you always feel you have to make yourself smaller to belong, it might be time to find a circle where you can grow.

On October 12, 2026, 18-year-old detention deputy Karla Beltran was fired from the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office in Texas after just three months on the job. She was terminated immediately after photos surfaced on social media showing her in uniform playfully posing with jail inmates while flashing peace signs and throwing up her m-ddle finger. Because she was within her probationary year, she was dismissed with no right to appeal.
