Some of the greatest companies moving the world forward are on sale “again”.

Now, the reason is t just inflation & bond yields, one of the biggest reasons is because a lot of the companies (mag 7) are taking on lots of debt to grow these data centers & that debt is now causing financial issues that are trickling down.

And when you add high inflation, high bond yields, a war, and consumer debt, now it becomes a big problem.

But the companies themselves are printing money hand over fist, and while that can slow down, these are some of the most profitable companies in the world.

Being down 20% or double digits, becomes a great opportunity to get starter positions, or bring your cost basis down if you bought too high.

Instead of being fearful, these are some of the best opportunities to build wealth, and increase your net-worth.

The markets are going to crash! And after every crash, the markets rally back…. Don’t chase the rally, the smart people buy during the fear.

If you’re looking for clarity, and instructions and a system, on how to navigate the markets with confidence, come join the Family.

Neighbors, imagine going to the grocery store for some bananas and ending up with a traumatic brain injury and a $33 million lawsuit! A 71-year-old Oregon woman has reached an undisclosed settlement with Fred Meyer after slipping in a puddle of water from a leaking roof at its Portland store in 2023. Surveillance footage shows Maria Torres falling backward and striking her head on the floor. As she lay injured, water continued dripping on her until employees rushed over with umbrellas to cover her while waiting for an ambulance.
________
Torres spent three days in the hospital and was diagnosed with a concussion. According to her lawsuit, she continued experiencing headaches, ringing in her ears, and difficulty walking, sometimes requiring a wheelchair. Her attorney, Jason Kafoury, said the injuries were so severe that she had to quit her job cleaning buses and trains. He accused Fred Meyer of ignoring a leaking roof problem that employees allegedly knew about for decades, claiming workers regularly used buckets and towels to catch water. Torres sought $6 million in compensatory damages and another $27.5 million in punitive damages.
________
However, Fred Meyer denied responsibility, arguing that the puddle had formed only minutes before Torres fell and employees had no opportunity to clean it up. The company’s attorney also pointed to surveillance footage showing other shoppers walking through the same puddle without falling and disputed the extent of Torres’ lasting injuries. Despite the disagreement, both sides ultimately reached a settlement, although the amount Torres received has not been disclosed.
