Amnesty International: Hicablı qızların təhsildən məhrum edilməsi ayrı-seçkilikdir Beynəlxalq insan haqları təşkilatı Amnesty International Azərbaycanda hicablı şagirdlərin məktəbə buraxılmasını əngəlləyən məhdudiyyətlərin ləğvini və dinc etirazlara görə həbs olunanların azad edilməsini tələb edib. Təşkilatın oktyabrın 16-da yaydığı bəyanatda bildirilir ki, qızların hicab taxdıqları üçün dərslərə buraxılmaması onların təhsil, din və ifadə azadlığı hüquqlarını pozur. Amnesty International-ın Şərqi Avropa və Mərkəzi Asiya üzrə direktoru Mari Strazers vurğulayıb ki, dövlət məktəblərində dünyəvi təhsil prinsipi dini geyimlərə ümumi qadağa qoyulmasına əsas vermir. Oktyabrın 12-dən qüvvəyə minən məhdudiyyətlər Azərbaycanda etirazlara səbəb olub. Daxili İşlər Nazirliyinin məlumatına görə, həmin gün təkcə Bakıda 37 nəfər saxlanılıb. Fəallar isə ölkə üzrə saxlanılanların sayının 200-dən çox olduğunu bildirirlər. Saxlanılanların bəziləri sonradan sərbəst buraxılsa da, neçə nəfərin həbsdə qaldığı məlum deyil. Təşkilat bəyanatında sosial şəbəkə paylaşımına görə 25 sutka həbs edilən Qüdrət Abdullayevin, məktəb divarına “Hicaba azadlıq!” yazdığı üçün 30 sutka həbs olunan Rafael Hüseynzadənin işlərinə də toxunub. Həmçinin qızının məktəbə buraxılmamasına etiraz edən Şahizyar Hüseynovanın saxlanılması və məktəbdən kənarda qalan uşaqlar üçün pulsuz onlayn dərslər təşkil edən İlkin Hüseynovun yoxa çıxması barədə məlumatlardan narahatlıq ifadə olunub. Amnesty International Azərbaycan hakimiyyətini ayrı-seçkiliyə son qoymağa, şagird və müəllimlərin məktəbə qayıtmasını təmin etməyə, yalnız dinc etiraz etdiklərinə görə saxlanılanları dərhal azad etməyə çağırıb.
TNHT Staff: @fashionswarrior _________ Neighbors, this is terrifying! An Arizona mother fought for her life and her one-year-old daughter after a stranger allegedly barged into their home, attacked them both, and demanded that she remove her clothes. Bella Torres says the horrifying encounter unfolded in less than 10 minutes when a man opened her front door and asked to use the bathroom. Before she could react, he allegedly lunged at her, grabbed her by the neck, wrestled her to the floor, and kicked her baby. “My first instinct is just to protect her,” Torres said. _________ Torres eventually broke free and ran toward her open front door, screaming for help. Surveillance footage captured her desperate cries and a struggle that continued into the driveway. During the confrontation, the intruder allegedly claimed he was on drugs and had been sent by her boyfriend. The man fled when Torres’ husband returned home, and Buckeye police arrested 20-year-old Adrian Ayala within 24 hours. _________ However, the story took another disturbing turn in court when Ayala’s attorney claimed the entire incident was a “giant misunderstanding,” arguing that Torres’ husband had arranged a consensual role-playing scenario. The judge wasn’t buying that explanation, stating, “I don’t care if her husband said he could go in there and do that, that’s not a defense.” Torres insists neither she nor her husband knows Ayala. Still traumatized, she says she has struggled even to shower since the attack and plans to increase security around her home. Ayala faces multiple felony charges, including aggravated assault, and was released on a $25,000 secured bond. 🎥: @12newsaz
