١ كوب نشاء الذره
١ ملعقة كبيرة ملح
١ ملعقة كبيرة كركم
١ ملعقه صغيرة ثوم بودرة

للحشوة:
٢ بصل مقطعة
١/٢ كيلو لحم مفروم
١ كوب بقدونس مفروم
١ ملعقة صغيرة لكل من: بابريكا، بهار مشكل، قرفة
