At a rally Trump explained to his audience that if they died right then and there his doctors wouldn't save them. It was a moment that's indicative of the president's approach to health care.

Six chicken McNuggets, 1 low fat cheese, 150g blackberries and a square of dark chocolate contains more protein, fewer calories, more fibre and as many nutrients as a bottle of huel.

Did you know an entire pack of Oreos contains less sugar than 75g (a handful) of raisins?

Did you know an iced donut contains 4 times more protein and fewer calories than 2 slim fast snack bars (which are incredibly small)?

Did you 150g baked beans contains more fibre than a fibre one bar?

Often, people will assume fast food, cheese, chocolate, oreos and donuts are bad, and huel, raisins, slimming bars and fibre one bars are good. But there are no good or bad foods in the context of your overall diet.

When you actually look at the content of the food you eat and apply it to the context of everything you eat you are able to understand what a supportive food choice is. Knowledge dictates your choices, not marketing.

If your diet is nutrient dense and moderate in calories you can still enjoy any food you wish. You don’t need to pay large sums of money for products promising elite health when eating regular food does the same job, or on most occasions is actually more supportive. 🙏
