Living out of suitcases for 2 months, 22 hours of travel, 15 pieces of luggage, multiple time zones crossed, a delayed birthday celebration, going away gatherings, laughs, tears, long hugs, smiles, just all the feels!!

It’s been a long time coming but our family is FINALLY together and embarking on a new chapter here in Thailand 🇹🇭! Extremely grateful for this rare opportunity to live abroad with my family, in one of the most amazing countries in the world. Our excitement to explore the “Far East” does come with sacrifices — knowing we will be thousands of miles away from our families, friends, and the norms of the USA.

I want to personally thank EVERYONE who has made our last days in the U.S. meaningful with your acts of loved affection. If you called, texted, DM’d, emailed, stopped by the house, came to a gathering, whatever you did to take time out your busy schedule to see us off..THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!! We will definitely miss everyone and hopefully this short stint away will increase the urge for folks to come visit sooner than later.
