Crazy 🤠 Jelly Roll took an unconventional path to becoming one of the biggest names in country music, first building his following in Nashville’s underground hip-hop scene before crossing over into rock and country. His deeply personal songwriting, often centered on addiction, redemption, and second chances, connected with listeners through songs like “Save Me” and “Son of a Sinner.” His breakthrough album, “Whitsitt Chapel,” introduced his story to an even wider audience. Jelly Roll’s rise continued with hits like “Need a Favor” and “I Am Not Okay,” earning him major awards and recognition across multiple genres. Known for his powerful voice and willingness to share his own struggles, he has built a career around turning difficult experiences into music that makes people feel understood. His journey has made him one of the most distinctive crossover artists in modern country music. #country #countrymusic
I want someone I can tell the small things to. Not the big stuff. The little stuff. The weather. A song that came on. Just to have someone to say it to. Because anyone will listen when things fall apart. The small stuff only goes to someone who stays. And when you find that person, you’ll know. They’ll ask you to start with this morning. Btw, poetry book ‘Between Heaven & Earth’ is out now. It’s a collection of poems about love, heartbreak, loneliness, inner struggles, healing, and the quiet journey of understanding yourself and life along the way. If you’d like to read it, comment “Book” and I’ll send you the link. [poetry, poet, thefallenpoe.t, victorianpoetry, smallstuff, quietlove, someonewhosstays, poetrycommunity]
