Sooo what's the vision for this page now?

What is in store?

Honestly, that's a big question.

My life right now is 24/7 baby.

Right now, I'm awake after a feeding. Nervous that he'll wake up.

But between pumping, nursing, and caring for him - not much else is going on in my life.

But that's a full time job.

That's what my life should be like now...

But the question becomes...

Do I not show that here?

Should I feel bad for finallllly getting my miracle?

Should I not share the joy with all of you who have been davening so hard?!

Of course I should!

But what do I do to make sure that all those struggling with infertility still know that I see them?

How do I make sure that all those struggling with infertility still feel like they have a safe space?

A person to talk to about their struggles and challenges with their fertility?

I don't know how to stress it enough.

I don't know how to still show how much I care.

All I know is that miracles happen.

And I want to be here until yours does ✨️

And not just with fertility, but in life in general.

This page has always been a source of hope, perseverance, love, and care.

And that's not going anywhere.

But please remember:

◼️ I'm post-partum
◼️ He just had his due date
◼️ I share because I want you guys to see the miracle that you helped bring into the world
◼️ My whole life is baby boy, especially right now.

But that doesn't mean that I'm removed, distant, no longer here for you.

I am.

And the Challah Baking and Tefillah initiatives are still going on!

So, feel free to talk with me, ask me questions, discuss your fertility journey, or open up about another struggle.

I'm here for you.

Your mind is the most powerful pharmacy! 🧠

We often forget that what you say to yourself has real biological effects. Your thoughts don’t float in the background. They send signals through your nervous system that can raise stress hormones, drive inflammation, or support healing.

When you keep telling yourself you’re sick, your body treats that like a threat. Cortisol rises and your system shifts into protection mode. That makes it harder to heal.

This is neuroscience and psychoneuroimmunology, which looks at how your thoughts and emotions influence your brain, your hormones, and your immunity.

Your mind and body are in constant communication. The way you talk to yourself shapes that conversation more than most people realize. What will you tell yourself today?
