I don’t love a kitchen that’s sending just bits and bobs !!! It’s pizza night on @hellskitchenfox…promise no pineapples though !! See you at 8/7c or next day on @hulu

Please, I am begging you all to take this election seriously and make your decisions carefully. Peter Obi has said this will be his last attempt to contest to become President of Nigeria. Whatever your choice, think carefully about the future of our country.

All the best to Nigerians. All the best to you all.

If you’d like to add to my list just comment “LIGHT” 🎄

How cute are these Christmas light name sweaters?

We’ve had so many DM’s this week asking HOW Sam did this, so here’s exactly how!

(And yes, that’s real breast milk!! 🥹❤️)

When we found out I was pregnant with our twins, Sam decided she wanted to try something called induced lactation, which is basically the process of getting your body to produce breast milk without ever being pregnant!

Here’s how she did it:

▫️ She followed something called the Newman-Goldfarb protocol, which is a method used to induce lactation in non-gestational parents.

▫️ She took prescribed medications, including domperidone, to help stimulate milk production.

▫️ She pumped EVERY 2–3 hours, including overnight! She never went longer than 4 hours without pumping. The dedication was wild!! 🥹

▫️ Over time, her body started producing breast milk, starting with tiny drops and increasing!

▫️ By the time our twins were born, she was already making milk and was able to breastfeed them right away (we already had a deep freeze full too!)

And that’s how our boys ended up being breastfed by the mom who DIDN’T give birth to them! 🥹

One of the coolest parts of our two-mom journey was getting to experience motherhood in such different ways. I carried and gave birth to our twins, and Sam got to experience breastfeeding them!

Induced lactation isn’t guaranteed to work for everyone, and milk supply can vary, but it’s pretty incredible that this is even possible!

We share this because SO many people have no idea that non-birthing moms, lesbian parents and adoptive parents can sometimes breastfeed too! 🤍

I’m so proud of her for doing this!!!
