You can’t heal what you’re still trying to control. One of the most powerful moments in my conversation with Carl and Laura Lentz was when I asked what mattered most in the first 30 days of healing after infidelity. Carl answered “handing over the keys completely”….which means letting go of control. Handing over the keys. Inviting other people into the mess…. Recognizing that the same patterns and choices that got him there weren’t going to be the ones that got him out. Because hear me when I say you can’t rebuild trust while you’re still trying to control the process. Real repentance requires humility, accountability and a willingness to do things differently… You can’t demand trust. You have to become trustworthy. And sometimes the first step toward rebuilding what’s broken is admitting you can’t do that alone. ❤️ This week on Talk To Me: The Debra Fileta Podcast, Carl and Laura Lentz join me for a powerful conversation in our Couples Therapy series about infidelity, accountability, rebuilding trust, and what it actually takes to begin healing after betrayal. 👀 DDG Trolls Reggie by Reposting His Dance Video While Promoting His New Song “Round & Round” DDG appears to be having a little fun amid his ongoing tension with Reggie! 👀 DDG reposted a TikTok AI video of Reggie dancing to his song “Round & Round” and encouraged fans to continue participating in the challenge. “Keep making TikToks to Round & Round 💯 I support the LGBT community! Reposting all challenges!” DDG wrote. The repost comes after Reggie recently made disrespectful comments about DDG and his brother DuB’s late brother, Deno, reigniting tension between them. Now social media users are questioning whether DDG is simply promoting his music or intentionally trolling Reggie. 👀 Is DDG being strategic with his promotion, or is this his way of getting back at Reggie?
