My breakfast routine but make it gut friendly 🥣

Most mornings I’m juggling a hundred things, so it has to be quick. Two spoonfuls of fibrekind from @probio7 stirred into my oats, and that’s my fibre sorted. It’s a gentle blend made for sensitive tummies, and it doesn’t change the taste.

No time for breakfast? I just grab my Probio capsules instead. Busy life same routine🤎

For Isabelle and the team at the Crash Test Lab, it’s all about the moment no one wants to experience. But when it happens, years of engineering have to seamlessly align.

Today’s #GoogleDoodle honors the traditions, stories, and languages of Indigenous communities through the art form of beadwork. What has long been a form of cultural expression and identity has been carried into contemporary jewelry, sculpture, apparel, and mixed media by artists working today. Finger-woven bandoliers and sashes were common throughout the Southeast, but those made from red wool trade cloth and decorated with bead embroidery in geometric designs are most frequently associated with the Choctaw, Alabama, and Coushatta. The scroll designs on these distinctive shoulder sashes are often said to resemble those found on early southeastern pottery.

A healthy baby was our wish and the most healthy baby we received.

Meeting our baby for the first time 🥺 so precious and that new baby smell had us in a chokehold 🤣
