Queen Suthida of Thailand just made history, becoming the first reigning queen in the world to fly a fighter jet solo. On October 8, the 48-year-old queen completed a 41-minute flight in a Saab Gripen, adding another milestone to an already impressive aviation career. She’s been flying since 2010 and has logged more than 1,188 hours in the air.

what a day !!!! was not expecting to go as fast as we did for my 2nd half marathon but what a fun experience, I’m so proud of all the training I did & it rly paid off 🥹🙌 I trained for 14 weeks before with a custom @runna training plan & when it told me my projected race pace could be 8:30 I laughed I was like no way!! since majority of my runs were in the 9:30s.. it’s crazy how a training plan actually works 😂 with the dreaded tempo runs & speed work it rly improved my speed so now I feel so accomplished ! running right now feels like it’s fulfilling a part of me I haven’t felt since rowing in college just pushing myself mentally & physically & it feels so rewarding 💛 anyways here’s your sign if you’ve been looking for one to pick up running ! I used to dread it, & sometimes I still do lol it’s always hard but you start to like it because it’s hard if that makes sense ! you can use code GRETCHEN to try 2 weeks free of Runna for a personalized running plan from their coaches, obvi highly recommended I give all the credit to my runna plan for getting me in the best running shape I’ve ever been in 🏃‍♀️ we shall see if I take on a full marathon coming soon … !
last week i made over half a million dollars from one digital product launch. and it still hasn’t sunk in. 😭❤️❤️ so grateful doesn’t even begin to cover it!! but before I talk about me, I need to say this… THANK YOU 😭❤️ to every mom who said yes and trusted me with her nap time. thank you. you changed my family’s life. and to the women who went before me. i never would have dared to dream this big without you showing me the way. so many of you asked for another chance to get in. i heard you!!! the doors are reopening soon. keep cheering each other on. when one of us wins, we all do. 🤍 ➡️ comment ENGINE and i’ll make sure you’re the first to know when I relaunch.
