JOBURG, THIS ONE’S FOR YOU! I put in a good word with my @dovesouthafrica family for TWO tickets to Clicks Beauty Playground 2026, and they said, SAY LESS! Now, two lucky Dovelies could be joining in for all the beauty, fun and vibes!🤩 Growing up in the 2000s, we had our little beauty rituals that made us feel like THAT girl. And now, we’re bringing those memories back with Dove! **Here’s how to enter:** 1. Buy any 2 new Dove Body Wash variants. 2. Post a selfie with your Dove purchase on Instagram and tag @dovesouthafrica and myself 2 tickets. 2 winners.** Could one of them be YOURS?! Winners will be announced on Friday at 17:30, so don’t sleep on this one! **T&Cs:** * Open to Johannesburg (JHB) residents only. * Two winners will each receive one ticket to Clicks Beauty Playground 2026, for Saturday 17 October attendance. * Winners will be announced on Friday, 16 October at 17:30. #SkinThatDoves #clicksbeautyplayground2026

First @hyroxworld singles in the books!! The Boston Hyrox event did not disappoint and big shoutout to @factormeals for the opportunity. Some thoughts and highlights: 1) The dreaded wall balls went better than expected but still tons of room for improvement. 2) I was strong in the burpee broadjumps in doubles…but it blasted me in singles. Didn’t see that coming. 3) The sled pushes felt super heavy for some reason. Had to slow down on this so that I didn’t blow my calves up. 4) Farmers carries were also a big struggle, gotta work on my grip strength. 5) Felt super strong on lunges 6) Can’t believe this dude beat me at the finish line 🤪 7) Overall was pleased with my nutrition and hydration strategy. No stomach problems out there 🤘 8) Check out the last photo above 👆to see a summary of my strengths and weaknesses from the day. Can’t wait to do it again and big thanks to the @onepeloton and @teamwilpers community for all the cheering and support out there 🙏🙌
