would you eat this? #recipe #asmr #cooking HOW TO MAKE: Viral Beef & Tortilla Kebabs Ingredients: 2 lbs ground beef 2 tsps smoked paprika 1 red onion (diced) 8 cloves garlic 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled (mixed into beef) 5 tbsps dill 1/4 cup parsley 1/2 tsp cumin 1 tsp oregano 2 tsps salt 2 tsps black pepper 4 tbsps butter (melted) 10 tortillas 2 tbsps olive oil Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. Mince the garlic, dill, and parsley. 3. In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, diced red onion, crumbled feta, garlic, herbs, and all spices until evenly combined. 4. Spread an even layer of the beef mixture directly onto each tortilla, going close to the edges. 5. Chill the tortillas in the fridge for 10-15 minutes, then slice into uniform strips or wedges. 6. Thread the strips onto skewers. 7. Brush with melted butter and olive oil. 8. Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway, until the beef is fully cooked and the tortillas are golden and crispy!
