A heartbreaking case involving a young girl from Ruai, Nairobi, has sparked outrage after she reportedly lost her leg following a beating by her teacher four years ago. The girl allegedly suffered a broken leg during punishment at school, but the injury never healed properly. After years of pain and treatment at different hospitals, doctors eventually amputated her leg to save her life. Nairobi County Chief Officer Geoffrey Mosiria is now stepping in to help the child and her family seek support and justice. The incident has also raised concerns about alleged threats against the girl’s mother for reporting the matter to police. Kenyans are calling for accountability and justice for the young girl. #Geoffreymosaria JOIN BNN BASIC https://t.me/bnnkenya/97054

This is Madison. Bullied since childhood. Her first job ever is at @target — and speaking is hard for her. I’m about to change her face. 🎯 They bullied her out of school. Target hired her anyway. Now watch me give her a reason to smile at work. ❤️ She has seizures. A cleft lip. Dozens of surgeries. A lifetime of bullying. But when I met her I I instantly knew, she’s strong and bright. And a has an absolutely brave and kind heart that wants to be seen and heard. She started at Target to learn how to be around people. Her transformation takes place soon and I believe this strong girl deserves all the extra magic ❤️‍🔥🥹
Don’t Tell Me My Kids Aren’t English! — Kemi Badenoch Lashes Out At Reform UK Over Englishness Controversy, Says It’s Taking Britain Backwards UK Conservative Party leader Kemi Badenoch has criticised Reform UK MPs over what she described as attempts to question the identity and Englishness of people from ethnic minority backgrounds. Badenoch said she did not want to live in a country where journalists are threatened, veterans are called traitors, or people debate whether her mixed-race children are English. “I don’t want to explain to my son, when we’re watching our brilliant England team play football, that some people don’t think our black players are English,” she said. Recalling former England players Ian Wright and John Barnes, Badenoch said their English identity was not questioned when they represented the national team. “I remember back in the day when Ian Wright and John Barnes were playing. Nobody was questioning whether they were English. We certainly didn’t have sitting MPs questioning whether they were English,” she said. She warned against what she described as attempts to take the country backwards, insisting that such views did not represent the Britain she believed in. “We must not let these people take us backwards. That is not the country we are,” Badenoch said. She further accused Reform MPs of openly questioning people’s identities, adding, “They are not like us. We are not like them. We are different. We are the Conservative Party.”
