Got to see Comet C/2023 A3 Tsuchinshan-ATLAS last night. Its orbit is 80,000 YEARS LONG!!🤯 Stargazing always leaves me aw. As I wonder what they’ve seen along the way to our skys, I am reminded of just how small we all are in the grand scheme of the universe.

Everything seasoning belongs in sourdough. 🥑🍞

Especially when the next morning’s breakfast is avocado toast topped with hard boiled eggs, crumbled bacon, and a little salt and pepper. That crisp crust and soft middle were made for this.

For these two large loaves, I added 40g of everything seasoning to my double batch. That’s 20g per loaf, with 600g of flour in each loaf.

For a smaller loaf, try starting with 10g and adjust to your taste. I mixed mine in while mixing the dough so it was easy to distribute, but you can also fold it in during your stretch and folds.

Want seasoning on the outside, too? After shaping, lightly mist the loaf with water and coat it with everything seasoning before placing it in your banneton.

Keep the salt in your seasoning blend in mind. You may want to reduce the salt in your dough, especially if you’re coating the outside, too.

Save this for your next sourdough bake! What would you put on your first slice? 🤍

I was THAT girl.

The girl who would’ve sworn up and down that my husband would NEVER cheat on me.

Not him. Not our relationship. Not the man I married and built a family with.

I genuinely believed I was one of the lucky ones.

And let me tell you… life has a funny way of humbling you.

Because the truth is, you don’t know what someone is capable of until you’re faced with a side of them you never imagined existed.

And I’m not saying this to scare women or make them suspicious of their husbands. There ARE good, faithful men out there.

But I am saying that being betrayed isn’t something that only happens to women who ignored red flags, chose the wrong man, or had a bad marriage.

Some of us trusted our husbands because they gave us every reason to believe we could.

We weren’t stupid. We weren’t naive. We were in love with someone we genuinely believed would never intentionally hurt us like that.

And if you’ve never experienced betrayal, I genuinely hope you never do.

But please, have some compassion for the women who have.

Because I promise you, a lot of us once said the exact same thing.

“My husband would NEVER.”

Until he did.

Day 2 – Patna ❤️ | Tum Mere Ho Promotions 🎬

What a beautiful way to end our Patna tour! ❤️

Started the day with blessings at the Gurudwara, followed by an amazing visit to college, where we met so many wonderful young boys and girls. The love, energy and excitement were just incredible! 🥹❤️

The best part was seeing everyone already vibing to our songs! They even made us dance along, and we absolutely loved every moment of it! 💃🔥

Patna, you have truly made this journey unforgettable. We started the very first promotions of our film Tum Mere Ho from my home state, Bihar, and I couldn’t have asked for a better beginning.

Two days filled with love, blessings, smiles and beautiful memories. Our Patna promotional tour has been a huge success, all because of YOU! ❤️

Patna, dil se shukriya! Yeh toh bas shuruaat hai… Picture abhi baaki hai! ❤️🎬
