I normally never do this but I recently came across a post I made on Facebook on the current changes, my achievements throughout the year of 2022 and my goals going forward. I thought long and hard and instead of making a generic update on life and goals, I wanted to take the time to write an appreciation post to all the people I have met and loved over time as well as a massive thank you to my family, friends of family, and everyone who has at least made me smile over the last year and a half.

First and probable the most important one, my mother Wendy. Words cannot honestly explain how truly wonderful and an honour it is to be your son. You are the definition of what a strong, kind hearted, and beautiful human being should be. You have been my rock, and hero for everything you have done. My life wouldn’t be the same if you weren’t there. We made some amazing memories over this past year and half alone from going to our first NFL game in Denver, to seeing dads favorite baseball team in their home stadium, to now binge watching survivor and the challenge. Wherever I go, you will always be with me and I will never stop loving you just for you being you! 143 cookie xoxo

I also want to thank the people who were involved in the Rock for Cancer fundraiser again back in April. The task was unbelievable and I’m still shocked to this day how truly special that night was from reaching the goal, to connecting others and helping support cancer research. @dangerbox @sturdylemon and @insulam, along with the fantastic crew to make this possible, thank you from the bottom of my heart.

The next set of screen shots are the list of names of people that mean a lot to me. I want you all to know that while I may not have been the best communicator or social guy in the room, everyone involved in the list of names I mention means so much to be and I couldn’t have gone through a day without anyone listed here. If I am missing some people, know that this was all names I had in my mind and wrote all down in one go so if I miss you, know that I haven’t forgotten about you and love you all the same. If I had missed some of your last names, I may have forgotten them so I apologize. 😅
