@b_ramble From the bottom of my heart, I truly want to thank you for your words and the advice you have given me! Sometimes I get so caught up in trying to prove myself, show my worth, and be everything I think I need to be that I forget to just breathe. This was a reminder that I don’t always have to try so hard, carry so much, or overly prove to anyone who I am. I can just be, trust myself, and know that I’m enough. You helped me see just how much of my all I can give and to know that your words touched more than just me, I thank you! 🥹 - - @victoriassecret #VSFashionshow #angelsamongus #cryingintheclub
Official stage shots from the 2026 OCB Masters Nationals | Class C — 5th Place 💚🏆 Every time I step on stage, I’m reminded that this journey is about so much more than a placement. It’s about growth, discipline, resilience, and the willingness to keep showing up, even when the journey doesn’t go as planned. This prep challenged me in ways that went far beyond the physical. There were lessons learned, adjustments made, and moments when I had to trust myself more than ever. Through it all, I showed up, did the work, and brought another version of myself to the stage. Am I satisfied? NO!!!!! Am I proud? ABSOLUTELY. Both can be true. I know what I brought, I know where I need to improve, and I’m excited about what’s ahead. New perspectives, fresh energy, and the right people in my corner. I’m looking forward to what this next chapter brings. ✨ Another show in the books. Another chapter of growth. The work continues, and the best is yet to come. 🙏🏾 A special thank you to everyone who helped bring this stage look together and supported me throughout the journey! 💚 💄 Glam: @malikimua 💚 Suit: @angelcompetitionbikinis 👠 Heels: @theshoefairy_ 🤎 Stage Tan: @beautifulbronzing — Thank you for bringing the perfect finishing touch to my stage look! 🤝 Show-Day Support & Extra Set of Eyes: @kitty.stallion_wellnesspro — Thank you for lending your perspective, helping me navigate those final weeks, and being there when it counted. ❤️ Mental Support & Biggest Cheerleader: @tanksandcutoffs — Thank you for always checking in on me mentally, keeping my spirits lifted, and cheering me on through every high and low. 🤍 My Circle: You know who you are! The texts every single morning, the encouragement, and the constant reminders to keep pushing meant the world to me. Thank you for showing up for me in ways big and small! Grateful for the journey. Hungry for what’s next. 💪🏾✨ #OCBFigurePro #OCBMastersNationals #NaturalBodybuilding #FigureCompetitor #WomenWhoLiftHeavy TheNextChapter

South African Pastor And Wife Arrested After 200 People Were Allegedly Found Chained And Held In Inhumane Conditions At Illegal Rehab Centre The South African Police Service (SAPS) has arrested a 59-year-old pastor and his 58-year-old wife over the alleged kidn@pping of about 200 people found at an unregistered rehabilitation centre in Siyabuswa, Mpumalanga. The couple were arrested on Friday, October 16, 2026, after officials from the Department of Social Development sought police assistance following an inspection of the facility on Thursday, October 15. According to police, preliminary investigations revealed that the couple allegedly operated the centre without the required registration and authorisation and failed to meet health and safety standards. Reports indicated that some people were living in overcrowded rooms, with some allegedly chained to one another. Several reportedly had sores on their bodies, while the Department of Social Development described the conditions as “gross inhumane conditions”. Fourteen people were taken for medical treatment during the operation. The couple face charges of kidn@pping, operating an unregistered treatment centre in violation of the Prevention of and Treatment for Substance Abuse Act, and breaching health and safety regulations under relevant environmental health by-laws and the National Health Act. SAPS said experienced detectives and specialised units had been assigned to investigate the case under provincial police commissioner Lieutenant General Apaphia Modise. Police added that further arrests and charges were possible as investigations continued. The suspects are expected to appear before the Mdutjana Magistrates’ Court in Siyabuswa on Monday, October 19, 2026. Modise commended the officials and police officers involved in the operation for their efforts to protect those found at the facility and ensure justice for the alleged victims. The police have not disclosed the couple’s identities. The allegations against them have not been proven in court.
