I got this black chick, she don’t know how to act
Always talkin’ out her neck, makin’ her fingers snap… I got this Indian squaw the day that I met her
Asked her what tribe she with, red, dot or feather.

Chamma Chamma 💕

There is an entire world inside you that you will never see with the naked eye.

Within your cells, molecules are constantly communicating, building proteins, producing energy, and transporting materials. The complexity is extraordinary. And all of this is happening while you go about your day, completely unaware.

This scientific rendering, created by Evan Ingersoll and Gael McGill of Digizyme for Cell Signaling Technology, gives us a glimpse of that world. Built using molecular research data, it brings many cellular structures and processes together in one educational image.

When I look at this, I see why we need to understand the body as an interconnected system. A change in one process can affect many others. The same principle extends from our cells to our organs and our overall health.

It’s also why the everyday things matter so much. The food you eat supplies materials for this microscopic world. Movement, sleep, and your environment help shape the conditions in which it operates.

We rarely think about health at this scale. But this is where so much of it begins.

Helt Underbart första dygn i GÖTEBORG! ❤️🎉

She tries so hard 🥹

Of course, things will be harder for her in life because of her disability. But she isn't lacking in grit or effort at all.

I am continually impressed by this amazing girl and her zeal and enthusiasm for life. She brings so much joy into this world.

Yes, she received an amputation last year for a condition that she was born with.

Yes, she has a prosthetic leg that she can walk and run quite well with.

Yes, learning how to balance and get around on one leg is also an important skill for her to learn.

Yes, I believe she can do it and will go very far in life.

She is stronger and has gone through so much more than most people ever will.

I love her so much and can't wait to see what she will accomplish in life ❤️
