One thing I’ll always believe is that accountability matters just as much as growth. I’m not perfect, and I’ve never claimed to be. I’ve made mistakes, hurt people without intending to, reacted in ways I’m not proud of, and had moments where I could’ve handled things better. I’m still learning, still growing, and still working on myself, just like everyone else. But one thing I never want to lose is the willingness to look at myself honestly. If I’ve made a mistake, I want to be able to own it. If I’ve hurt someone, I want to take responsibility for my part. And when I’m given the opportunity to make things right, I want to have the humility to do so. Growth isn’t just about talking about kindness, healing, or being a better person. It’s about being willing to recognize the moments when we fall short of those things, too. I hope I never become so focused on who I’m trying to be that I stop being honest about who I am today. There will always be room for me to learn, to apologize, to do better, and to grow. We can hold ourselves accountable without hating ourselves for being human. We can acknowledge our mistakes without letting them define us. And we can choose to do better without pretending we’ve always gotten it right. The goal isn’t to be perfect. It’s to be honest enough to grow. 🤍 What’s one thing personal growth has taught you about yourself? Calls for justice for Nolan Wells are reaching beyond Mississippi as demonstrators gather in New York City to demand answers and accountability. Supporters say Wells' family deserves the truth about what happened to him, and they're determined to keep his name in the spotlight. As the movement spreads across state lines, protesters are making it clear that the questions surrounding his case remain unanswered. #JusticeForNolanWells #NolanWells #NewYorkCity #Mississippi

Jio’s journey began with a simple problem, unreliable internet connectivity in India. While studying in the US, Isha Ambani and Akash Ambani experienced the difference in connectivity between the two countries. This sparked a bigger conversation about why India should be left behind in the digital world. The vision was to build a digital technology platform that could transform connectivity across the country. In 2016, Jio was launched with a mission to make connectivity more accessible. What began with a problem went on to change India’s internet landscape. . . . . #BusinessStoryIndia #Jio #IndianCompany #BusinessJourney #IshaAmbani
