Green tea for the liver: A strong antioxidant that supports fat burning, which matters because fat accumulating in the liver is so common. A squeeze of lemon helps bile flow. Bone broth for the heart: Your arteries are largely collagen, and bone broth is one of the best sources. It’s also high in glycine, an amino acid a lot of people run low on. Clove water for the lungs: Four or five whole cloves simmered in a cup of water for five minutes, covered so the vapors stay in. Cool it, refrigerate, drink before bed. Turmeric water for the joints: Half a teaspoon with a pinch of black pepper and lemon in warm water. Morning is better if stiffness is the issue. Black coffee for the brain: One cup. More than that tends to push cortisol up and sleep quality down. Chamomile for the pancreas: It lowers cortisol, which helps keep blood sugar steadier, and it’s best at night. Blu being autistic, demiace, and Muslim, grew up with a lot of personal boundaries that made him cautious and sensitive about physical contacts or intimacy even during relationships. In general he prefers behaviors that are much less “sexual” or “typically romantic” during a relationship and slowly get used to the intimacy as time goes by. He does not perceive love the same way general public does and doesn’t find dependency in stuffs like kiss or sex, but he enjoy physical contact in platonic contexts much more cause it brings him joy. Rhett at the meantime is much of an opposite and despite they’re finally “together”, it’s gonna be a interesting journey learning each other’s boundaries #puzzleheads
When our Constitution came into force in 1950, it said the State can’t discriminate against any citizen because of their caste. Over the years we also created categories like SC, ST and OBC, so communities that were kept out of schools, jobs and power for centuries could finally get a fair share. But a law can only change what the State does. It can’t change who people are willing to marry or let into their kitchens. Those rules are still made inside families and villages, and they are far older than any law. What keeps them alive is that caste isn’t just one group pressing down on another. It’s a long ladder where almost every group stands above someone. Even people who face discrimination are often raised to look down on the caste below them, so very few want the ladder gone completely. Ambedkar called this graded inequality. So when someone says caste is a thing of the past, they usually mean it’s no longer a problem for them. For the people at the bottom of that ladder, it still decides where they can live and how they are spoken to every day. Movie: Article 15 Streaming on: Youtube
