Matkaan mahtuu paljon erilaisia vaiheita. Alun ahdistus ja itseensä tutustuminen aiheutti paljon paniikkikohtauksia ja epäröintiä. Onneksi yksin ei tarvinnut yrittää! Jalkapallosta tuli tärkeä harrastus. Yhteisö ja onnistuminen peleissä ruokki itsetuntoa ja opetti kohtaamaan epäonnistumisia. Useasti tuli nolattua itsensä, kun huusin hävyttömyyksiä muille. Ekana vuonna lähdettiin Puolaan pelaamaan street socceria.

Filip’s 57.5 kg muscle-up showcases impressive strength and a distinctive transition. His narrow grip and tucked elbow pull are familiar muscle-up features. What stands out in his execution is how his elbows then flare outward and move in front of his shoulders while remaining deeply bent, suggesting a horizontal shoulder adduction component. My hypothesis is that this repositioning helps guide his torso’s path over the bar. Moving the arms forward may also contribute to counterbalancing the rest of the body during that shift, although this footage alone cannot confirm that effect. Given the height of his pull, his aggressive and distinctive transition technique allows him to compensate for the height typically required in a conventional muscle-up. This visual analysis explores his technique’s particularities and demands, without ranking it as better or worse. Filip has developed the strength and control to handle these positions repeatedly. That takes preparation, and what works for him may not suit every athlete. Follow for more videos of this kind
