Fight to be a man of God.

Boy this ain’t for the weak of heart I’ll tell ya that much, BUT being a father, son, husband, and faithful servant of God definitely brings its blessings!! Making sure you lead your family closer to Hod and giving him the glory every step of the way is a ticket to heaven as a man of God based off of the word! Of course that’s not all it takes but it’s a great start!

Working out with the entire family this weekend and throwing in some different style workouts to cut this weight and complete a body recomposition (exchanging fat for muscle) - thanks for pointing me in a direction @zavonwhitaker- by doing some METCON lifts! Stay tuned for more workouts like this in the upcoming months!
