Fight to be a man of God. . Boy this ain’t for the weak of heart I’ll tell ya that much, BUT being a father, son, husband, and faithful servant of God definitely brings its blessings!! Making sure you lead your family closer to Hod and giving him the glory every step of the way is a ticket to heaven as a man of God based off of the word! Of course that’s not all it takes but it’s a great start! . Working out with the entire family this weekend and throwing in some different style workouts to cut this weight and complete a body recomposition (exchanging fat for muscle) - thanks for pointing me in a direction @zavonwhitaker- by doing some METCON lifts! Child see, child do. . Mel ain’t but 8 months old and I already see her reacting and reenacting amber and I mannerisms. Obviously I’m not expecting her to go run a mile or squat her body weight tomorrow, but after many conversations, Amber and I both realized we had to start making changes because what we do now will directly affect who Mel will be in the future. Healthy habits for Mel starts with Amber and I and we want to give our daughter the best chance at living a healthy life mentally, physically, emotionally, and having relation with God. . There are multiple stories in the Bible that shows just how important children are to God and how it’s one of the bigger blessing God can bestow upon us. God takes raising your children very seriously and I think it’s because it’s such a great way for him to have relation with the parent and the child through an everlasting growing and maturing relation between parent and child and God and creation. . . .
