AND THE EMMY GOES TO… NYC❤️🗽🚕
But in reality this Emmy goes to all of YOU✨This is for all the creatives that battle mental health, anxiety, depression, imposter syndrome, family that doesn’t believe in them, being an anti social creative; I can go on and on…This is for you. Never in my wildest dreams did I think I would be eating wings with pork fried🥡rice, and a homemade iced tea with an EMMY🏆 that I just won to the side of me like it was a bottle of ketchup or hot sauce. For those of you who have known me for a while then you know this has been a hell of a journey. And for those of you just now joining me, thank you so much for supporting this creative from East New York, Brooklyn. Some people feel the rain and others just get wet, and that’s how I’m moving in my life going forward. I want to feel. I want to live. To Ray & the @xposureclubx family, I’m forever grateful for this blessing of an opportunity. You believed in me and watched me take an idea and make it come to life with my team. You gave us our first shot💥. To be able to Executive Produce a piece along side my uncle @itsvinnyfromtheblock is surreal. Since a child I’ve watched him navigate through this cruel industry and looked up to him and how he never let it change him. To @santana_nyc who hit my DM during Covid and told me how great my content was and how he wanted to cast me. Now we’re producing content together seen by millions of people. You went from being nominated during that time to winning this year bro. I’m doing it with people I love. Thank you to @yerr.nyc @newyorknico & @newyorkers for the continuous love & support. NOTHING anyone does for me ever goes unnoticed. Creativity is Intelligence having fun. So please take that idea you have on your phone, write it down on paper📝and make it come to life❗️Who cares if it doesn’t perform well. That’s the beauty of trying till you get ur right. And that’s what we’re doing whole heartedly. I do my best to let my light shine everyday no matter how dim this cruel world is. Thank you NYC ❤️ Sincerely, Justin
